Discovery & Concept
Before anything gets designed, we need to understand how you actually live in the space. The answers shape the layout, the materials, the light. We build a concept specific to your life, not pulled from a trend board.
Week 1–3
- Design brief document
- Mood board & concept direction
- Floor plan & furniture layout
Refinement
We walk you through every choice and the reasoning behind it. You'll understand the logic before approving anything. Then we refine until what you're looking at feels genuinely right, not just acceptable.
Week 3–6
- Full concept presentation
- 2 revision rounds
- Final approved concept
Delivery
You receive floor plans, material specs, sourcing lists and vendor contacts. Everything your contractor needs to execute without guessing. For Atelier clients, we stay involved through the build, on site when the decisions that matter most are being made.
